Refund policy

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient to send your message that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

To notify us that you are canceling your purchase, you must send a message about your decision via e-mail to: info@aktivcamping.se. Alternatively, you can send the message by post to our company address:

The right of withdrawal can also be invoked by logging into your customer account and requesting a return: Customer Account

Please note that an order cannot be canceled after the order has been placed, as the order is distributed immediately after placing the order. The right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery applies.

The goods should be returned as soon as possible after you have notified us that you are canceling your purchase, but no later than within 14 days of your message. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product, and we will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the purchase in question. To be guaranteed that the full return amount is refunded, the product must be returned in unbroken packaging and in an unchanged condition. In exceptional cases and according to the Distance and Doorstep Selling Act, you can cancel a purchase with broken packaging, but then a fee for any decrease in value may be deducted from the return amount.

Return fee

In the event of a complaint about a faulty product, Aktivcamping is responsible for the return cost and no fee is charged to the customer. A return label will then be sent via email and printed by the customer themselves. If the customer cancels their purchase, the customer pays for the return shipping themselves.

How to return the product

Send a message to info@aktivcamping.se before returning an item and describe the reason for the return and which products you want to return. If the package has been damaged during transport, you should send pictures of the damage. You will then receive a return shipping label via email that you should print out and attach to the packaging. Pack the product properly with the same or similar packaging. Leave the package at the designated agent  or the nearest agent. When invoking the right of withdrawal, the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
